Where HOPE meets action

At HOPE Center of Orange County, we’re all about teamwork and making a real impact on homelessness. We’re a unique partnership spanning multiple cities and disciplines, all united by one mission: to provide reliable help and consistent support to those experiencing homelessness in the North Orange County Service Planning Area (SPA).

United in Purpose

We’re all about bringing together the efforts of North Orange County cities, local organizations, behavioral health practitioners, and community health workers. By working together, we’re able to plan, manage, and allocate resources more effectively, making sure help is available and appropriate for everyone who needs it.

Why this Matters

Traditional methods of addressing homelessness often miss the mark, leaving gaps that people can fall through. We’re here to fill those gaps by centralizing resources, coordinating responses, and integrating data. Together, we can make a real difference for those who need it most.

A word from our governor.

“I’m extraordinarily enthusiastic about what this state has done to seed real reforms and real strategies to support novel programs like this that are all about data… all about outcomes… creating platforms – literally and figuratively – of engagement… breaking down silos… and creating partnerships.”

- Governor Gavin Newsom
