Jenny Bramasco, Outreach Coordinator
Jenny Bramasco has dedicated more than 15 years serving the community through the City of Stanton. Her experience includes community outreach, resource navigation, and building relationships with community partners and residents.
She is excited to begin this new chapter with OC Hope Center and continue serving individuals experiencing homelessness with respect, compassion, and dignity.
In her free time, Jenny enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating meaningful memories together
